Standard delivery
- Standard delivery usually arrives within 1 – 7 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. However, please note that the Standard delivery range will vary depending on your zip code. An estimated range will be provided at checkout based on your zip code.
- Standard delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes addresses usually arrives within 5 – 9 business day from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
- Standard delivery to APO/FPO addresses usually arrives within 18 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
Express delivery
- Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, before 11:00 AM PST will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date.
- Holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day.

Next day delivery
Next Day Shipping is available on orders placed before 11:00am PST. Orders placed before 11am PST will arrive the following business day, by end of day. Next Day Shipping is only available to delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous states. Not valid for international delivery addresses or Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed on the following holidays are not eligible for Next Day Shipping: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day.

International shipping rates
International shipping is determined by a number of factors including, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items and the destination location. For Global-e shipping destinations, international shipping will be calculated and guaranteed during the Global-e international checkout based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination. For other international shipping destinations, international shipping is calculated by Aspire Wing.
International shipping options
- International express delivery usually arrives within 2-7 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
- International standard delivery usually arrives within 4-10 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
International shipping restriction
- Delivery is not available for Post Office boxes.
- Gift Card delivery to International addresses is not available.
- Orders shipping to International addresses have a maximum merchandise sub-total (excluding E-Gift Certificate) purchase amount limit of $1,000, or a maximum purchase item limit of 20 items per order, whichever comes first.
International taxes, duties and customs fees
- How much duty and taxes are charged on international orders?
Duties (or Customs tariffs) are set by the destination country Customs authorities and determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that Global-e supports. International taxes (such as Value Added Tax or VAT) are set by the destination country. If you wish to pre-pay duties and taxes, select the Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) option at checkout and will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order within the Global-e international checkout page.
- Will there be any additional costs due when my order is delivered?
Not if you pre-pay duties and taxes, by selecting the Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) option at checkout. In that case, you will be provided with a guaranteed order total in your chosen currency and no additional costs will be due upon delivery. However, if you do not select the DDP option, you will be responsible for paying duties and taxes to the carrier upon delivery.
